The staff is always nice and helpful

If you send your teenager back with them, they will take advantage of them. Before they cut there hair, they will ask if they want a wash, and as they are washing there hair, they will ask them if they want a 2nd rinse, and before you know it they've added $9 to your hair cut. They never tell these kids it costs extra, and they didn't ask me, the person that's paying for the service.

Before going here I could say I?ve never cried from a haircut. Not anymore.
