I don’t remember her name, but I have been getting my haircut with sports clips for years and tonight was the absolute worst haircut I’ve ever had in my life. I don’t see how someone would let a client walk out the doors with the way my hair looks… terrible Fade, line work is crooked, never showed me the back before I left. I shouldn’t have to go to a different barber to get my hair fixed.

I will Never take my son here again! We were walk in and we waited over an hour for a stylist because we didn't check in online. I understand online check in are a priority, however when a stylist purposely waits for online customers when there isn't any in the store it's frustrating. I watched them talk, fold towels, and fix their OWN hair! Btw they serviced 8 online customers before us.
